With Anne Jordan as your guide, you’ll discover products from Aquitaine such as oysters, fois gras, caviar, and Bazadais beef. You’ll meet the chefs at local restaurants that focus on regional and seasonal ingredients. The winemakers will explain to you the process and how to taste anything from a white Sauternes to a red Graves. A real farm to table experience.
  • On the website, you will find some of our favorites in each village or area are listed, with where to eat and where to stay, what to see and do.  There are also posts on unique foods or products from the area, specifically Bazas which is located around 40 minutes South-East from Bordeaux.
  • Professionally, we offer services for visitors needing someone local to plan, organize or lead their trip to in the region. From finding accommodation, restaurant reservations or excursion planning, we are happy to help in any way possible to help you get the most out of your time here!
