Simona

Simona PALENGAguide and travel planner – Italian by birth, this seasoned traveler met a French man from the Sauternes region while living in Central Asia…and the rest is history. Most of her time she follows her curiosity: exploring the local villages and researching hidden gems off the beaten track, tending her vegetable garden, making pate de sanglier (wild boar) and other preserves, and dreaming of living self-sufficiently.
